It is a hard lesson, controversial, and upsetting for many who have been taught this, but I believe it is true and that we have a responsibility to help those who have not been taught the whole gospel, to see that the Bible says we are to be disciples--not pray a prayer and live our lives however we want.

Totally agree. For many years I used the same phrases, accept Christ, make Him Lord of your life, pray after me, invite Him into your life.
