New recipe--Chocolate Zucchini Bread

I haven't been cooking much lately and have definitely not been  trying new recipes, but when my friend, Norma, said she had just made an amazing chocolate zucchini bread, which she highly recommended, and I had lots of zucchini, I thought I should try it.  Am I ever glad I did!  It is scrumptious if you are a chocolate lover.  I have not been a great fan of zucchini bread so it's a good thing she recommended it, or I would have missed a great addition to my recipe file.

Here's the recipe, if you want to try it:

Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Mix together: 

3 large eggs; 1 c. oil; 2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. cocoa; 2 T. vanilla

Add to eggs & oil mixture:

2 1/2 c. flour; 1 t. salt; 1 1/2 t. baking soda; 2 1/2 t. baking powder

After mixing, add:

2 c. grated zucchini; 1 c. chocolate chips

Spray (grease) 2 bread pans and spread batter evenly in them.  Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.  Use toothpick to check doneness.
