Chase Shuts Down Bank Accounts of Mercola and Key Employees - This is Outrageous!

This is outrageous!  And frightening!  Big Brother is watching everything we do and censoring (persecuting) those who are not toeing the line.  If we don't wake up and stand up soon, it will be too late!

Chase Shuts Down Bank Accounts of Mercola and Key Employees

Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola

July 13, 2023, JP Morgan Chase Bank suddenly informed me they are closing all of my business accounts, both banking and investment accounts, along with the personal accounts of my CEO, my CFO and their respective spouses and children.

No reason for the decision was given, other than there was "unexpected activity" on an unspecified account. The oldest of these accounts has been active for 18 years.

Chase bank cancellation letter to Natural Health Partners

Politically-Motivated Harassment

This is what the new social credit system looks like, and what every soul on the planet can expect from the central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) that are being rolled out. Go against the prevailing narrative of the day, and your financial life will be deleted with the push of a button.

It's difficult enough trying to navigate this hurdle today. Once everything is digitized, cash eradicated and the social credit system completely integrated and automated, this kind of retaliatory action for wrongthink could be a death sentence for some people.

My CFO, Amalia Legaspi, whose Chase accounts — including a joint account with her husband — were closed along with mine, is now struggling to figure out how to pay for her husband's health care in the Philippines. He's bedridden with dementia and is wholly dependent on her financial support, and she's not allowed to open another bank account in his name.

"I have to provide all the legal documentations including notarized physicians' affidavit from the Philippines to prove that my husband is incapable of handling his finances and request the Federal to directly deposit the pension to my own personal account," Legaspi told Florida's Voice.1

Legaspi's son's account — which he's using to pay for college expenses — was also cancelled. My CEO, Steven Rye, believes his and his wife's accounts were shut down because of my opinions on COVID-19. He told Florida's Voice:2

"I believe they cancelled all of the accounts because of Dr. Mercola's (our employer) opinions. He has carried a contradictory view throughout the COVID narrative and co-authored the best-selling book 'The Truth About COVID-19,' which exposed the likelihood that this virus was engineered in a laboratory funded by the NIH."

In May 2023, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed legislation specifically prohibiting financial institutions from denying or canceling services based on political or religious beliefs.3

Apparently, Chase Bank is bowing to some other "authority," and perhaps they refuse to cite a specific reason for the cancellation, "for legal reasons," is because they know they're acting unlawfully.

Generational Punishment for Wrongthink

On top of closing the accounts of Rye and his wife, Rye also was told his young children will not be able to open accounts with Chase Bank.

"It's just hard to believe that your family, your wife, your kids can't have a bank account because of the opinions of your employer and they've never done anything wrong. We all have completely clear records,"Rye told Florida's Voice.4

In a voicemail reply, a Chase Bank representative told Rye the reason for closing his personal accounts and that of his wife could not be disclosed "for legal reasons." He was, however, told he could submit paperwork to have their accounts reconsidered. "We are going to try because you're a good client of our institution," the representative said.

While a common suggestion is to "just go with a small bank," this is not an ideal solution for many companies, as small banks are getting destroyed and won't get bailouts. Even if a small local bank is FDIC insured, that only covers up to $250,000.00 of total deposits between all accounts. That amount would not cover a single payroll.

As an online business, you also have requirements for payment gateways and merchant accounts — and cryptocurrency does not have the infrastructure or general acceptance to support most businesses.

Chase Bank Holds Moral Low Ground

Mercola Market has more than 150 employees and thousands of vendors that farm, process, manufacture, distribute and manage the logistics of our business. Will the banks go after all of our employees? Will they start closing the accounts of our contractors? Will they go after our customers?

Again, this is the social credit system in action. Just imagine how easy it will be to control people's expressions and actions once all currency is digital, centrally controlled and mandated.

This could happen to anyone. My CFO and CEO are not me. They're not directly engaged in the dissemination of my views, and their spouses and children most certainly have nothing to do with my business or my views. Yet they're being "punished" too, merely because they're related to people who work for me.

Imagine being retaliated against something your neighbor, your employer, a friend or some distant relative has said or done. That's our future, unless we all refuse to play along. It's crucial to reject CBDCs and to do everything in your power to not enter into that system. The life and freedom of your children and grandchildren depend on it. Your actions today will shape the future of your descendants, perhaps in perpetuity.

In closing, let me remind you that if Chase Bank is trying to stand on some moral high ground, they can't. While they may think they're doing the world a favor by debanking so-called "anti-vaxxers," they had no problem aiding and abetting child sex trafficking efforts by the likes of Jeffrey Epstein. They didn't cut ties with that notorious pedophile until a few months before his death.5

A spokesperson for Chase told The Epoch Times6 that "most account closures are done for anti-money laundering or identity verification purposes." So, the grossly tainted proceeds from Epstein's disgusting ventures were good enough for JP Morgan Chase, but deposits from a business selling natural health products and organic food is at risk for money laundering and is bad for business. That's the moral and ethical ground Chase Bank is standing on.

The Fall of the Cabal

Have you ever watched The Fall of the Cabal by Janet Ossebaard?  It is a series of 10 videos exposing among other things child trafficking and many involved.  If not you haven't seen it, I recommend it as a wake-up call.  You will be amazed at the association of so many familiar people and things/events that Janet Ossebaard links through her research.  She continually asks you to do your own research to prove to yourself that what she is presenting is true.  She has also produced a Sequel to the Fall of the Cabal of 10 more episodes and continues to add to it.  I think the total is now 27.  Here is a link to all of them on Bitchute.

New Park--The Woodlands

For most of the time since the beginning of the Covid scamdemic our small non-profit committee has been working on developing a new park in our community.  We began in June, 2020.  A 5 acre (on two levels) wooded parcel of land that hadn't been used in several years was donated to our committee.  We named it The Woodlands and began by clearing brush and an old barn off the land and then started adding equipment.  Our goal was to make it a fun place for adults as well as children since there are so few places adults can have fun.

We are almost through with adding equipment.  (Hopefully, we can add a couple more basket swings to the lower level since they are so popular).  We still have a lot to do as far as maintenance and cosmetic improvements.

I wanted you to see what we started with and the fun things we now have in The Woodlands. (Since I have been overseeing all this work it is one reason I haven't spent much time on my blog in the last couple of years.)

The old barn on the property that had to be removed.

This is the upper level land of the park before brush removal

The lower level view from the street before we cleared brush and trees

The lower level view now from the street

Our first project was to add a 90 foot hillside slide which is very popular with kids and adults, too!

Next came wooden balance equipment and a basket swing

Then a 200 foot double zip line.

A portion of the hillside was cleared for a sledding hill.

Adult outdoor exercise equipment, a spider climber, and outdoor musical instruments were added.

A stairs was constructed to make it easier to return to the top of the slide

Trees have been planted to delineate boundaries and accentuate walking paths and two bridges have been built to enable us to add more walking paths.

For a non-profit that has had to rely on donations, volunteers and grants we are pleased to have accomplished so much in only 3 years.  It has been a labor of love for our community.  Many have travelled 30-50 miles to enjoy our unique park and we have had many visitors from other states which makes it doubly rewarding.

Do Vaccines Really Save Lives--Interview of Robert F. Kennedy posted on Mercola.com

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Interviewed by Bill Maher

Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola

June 26, 2023, Bill Maher, host of the Club Random Podcast, interviewed Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 2024 presidential candidate for the Democratic Party (video above).

They discussed the Kennedy family’s political history, legacy media’s fierce opposition to his bid for the presidency, ideological changes within the Democratic Party, the tragic assassination of his father mere minutes after winning California’s Democratic Primary in 1968,1 and why the claim that vaccines are “safe and effective” is false.

Regulatory Capture Is a Threat to Public Health

Kennedy highlights the link between regulatory capture by Big Pharma and the lack of vaccine safety studies. He points out that in his career as an environmental lawyer, he spent a great deal of time suing the Environmental Protection Agency over its approval of toxic chemicals, so he was well aware of the kinds of conflicts of interest present.

Thus, when he was dragged into the vaccine safety issue, the realization that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were also compromised by industry came as no great surprise. As he told me when I interviewed him back in March 2023:

“I've been an environmental attorney and advocate for 40 years, and I saw the impact of agency capture. That's why I was able to recognize it so easily when I saw it in the pharmaceutical industry. All these agencies are captured. The pharmaceutical industry owns the National Institutes of Health ... CDC, FDA. The coal and oil industry and the pesticide industry own the EPA.”

Kennedy also points out the importance of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986, which granted vaccine makers immunity from liability when children were injured by their vaccines.

This law was passed because vaccine makers admitted vaccines were unavoidably unsafe, and they could not afford to make vaccines if people were allowed to sue them for damages. So, the government created a federal vaccine court to adjudicate these cases and pay out damages.

Importantly, vaccine makers were given blanket immunity “no matter how grievous the injury, no matter how reckless the behavior, no matter how shoddy their manufacturing and testing processes,” Kennedy says, adding, “and the reason we gave them that liability shield is because they were able to convince the Reagan White House that vaccines could not be made safe. They’re going to injure certain people.”

So, why is there even an argument about this, when vaccine makers, decades ago, admitted vaccines could not be made safe for everyone, and government agreed?

Vaccine Injuries Are Common, but Underreported

The next question is, are vaccine injuries rare? And if so, how rare? According to the CDC, vaccine injuries are very rare, affecting only 1 in 1 million. However, they’ve known this is a lie since 2010, when the CDC finally studied that question. The so-called Lazarus Study2 revealed that the real-world injury rate is 2.6%, or about 1 in 37 people — a far cry from 1 in 1 million.

As noted by the authors of that study, “Adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common, but underreported ... fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.” They also stressed that “Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of ‘problem’ drugs and vaccines that endanger public health.”3

Maher tries to argue that just because someone experiences a problem after a vaccine, that doesn’t mean the vaccine caused that problem. People have underlying conditions and the like. However, as noted by Kennedy, vaccine makers are supposed to design products that are safe for all people, not just the super-healthy minority.

After all, more than half of the American population have chronic diseases that might make them more prone to vaccine injury, so arguing that underlying health problems are to blame for vaccine injuries is hardly a solid argument. The question is, if so many people are at risk for vaccine injury, why aren’t we making sure vaccines are as safe as they can possibly get?

Vaccines Did Not Save Millions From Infectious Disease

Kennedy also rebuts Maher’s argument that vaccines have saved millions of lives that would otherwise have been lost to infectious diseases. In 2000, Johns Hopkins School of Public Health reviewed vital statistics data to assess to what degree vaccines and other interventions contributed to the massive decrease in infectious disease mortality in the 20th century.4

Interestingly, medical interventions such as antibiotics and vaccines were found to have played a very minute role. The explanation for the improvement in public health was improvements in nutrition and sanitation.

Kennedy also cites the McKinlay and McKinlay study,5 published in 1977, which found that less than 1% of the decline in mortality from infectious disease in the U.S. in the 20th century could be attributed to modern medical interventions, including drugs, vaccines and surgeries.

Antidepressants and the Rise of Gun Violence

Maher also brings up Kennedy’s views on antidepressants and their potential role in mass shootings.6 Kennedy accurately points out that selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) carry a black box warning that these drugs can cause suicidal and homicidal ideation.

So, clearly, they can play a role, and this connection is something Kennedy believes we need to seriously investigate and not simply dismiss offhand as unimportant. Indeed, research shows:

  • 31 drugs, including 11 antidepressants, six sedatives and three ADHD medications, account for 78.8% of all cases of violence toward others reported to the FDA.7
  • A 2021 analysis of the Violence Project database, which is funded by the U.S. Justice Department, revealed 23% of mass shooters were on psychiatric drugs.8,9
  • According to CDC Surveillance for Violent Deaths data, 35.3% of those who committed suicide in 2013 tested positive for antidepressants at the time of death.10,11

But despite obvious warning signals, the government will not study the role of antidepressants in gun violence because they don’t want the answer. And they don’t want the answer because it might force them to take a stand against the drug industry. They also won’t study the role of violent video games and the like, for the same reason.

What the Science Says About the COVID Shot

Maher and Kennedy also discuss the potential risks and benefits of the experimental COVID jab. Maher got it, and shortly thereafter tested positive for COVID. He suspects there’s a link. But he also believes the reason his illness was so mild might have been because he got the jab.

I would argue that COVID was a nothingburger for the vast majority of people, jabbed or not, but Kennedy opts instead to discuss what the science says about the effectiveness of the shots. He cites a Cleveland Clinic study posted online in December 2022, which concluded that:12,13

  • The shots provided protection for a couple of months, after which effectiveness wanes precipitously, and after approximately seven months, you are more susceptible to COVID than before (negative efficacy).
  • The risk of COVID-19 infection increased with each vaccine dose. Those who had received two doses were 2.6 times more likely to get infected than the unvaccinated, and those with three or more doses had a 3.4 times higher risk.
  • The bivalent COVID-19 booster was only 29% effective in preventing infection during the timeframe when it was well-matched to the circulating strain.

While not discussed in this interview, CDC data also reveal that by April 2022, most COVID deaths were occurring among the jabbed and boosted, and this even though numbers are artificially suppressed by only counting people as “vaccinated” or “boosted” if they’re at least two weeks out from their last shot. As reported by the Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF):14

“In fall 2021, about 3 in 10 adults dying of COVID-19 were vaccinated or boosted. But by January 202215... about 4 in 10 deaths were vaccinated or boosted. By April 2022 ... data16 show that about 6 in 10 adults dying of COVID-19 were vaccinated or boosted, and that’s remained true through at least August 2022 (the most recent month of data).”

Who Really Shot Robert F. Kennedy?

At the very end of the interview, Kennedy tells the story of his father’s assassination, which took place June 5, 1968, at the Ambassador Hotel, minutes after winning the primary election. While Sirhan Sirhan, a Jordanian man, was caught firing at Kennedy and was convicted of the murder, the real killer was a security guard hired for the event named Thane Eugene Cesar.17

Cesar was a CIA operative who worked for Lockheed and, according to Kennedy, he was a “vocal racist who hated the Kennedys” for their advocacy of civil rights for Blacks. Basically, Sirhan was a distraction. His frontal attack allowed Cesar to fatally shoot RFK from behind. Cesar passed away September 2019 at the age of 77.18 Sirhan, now 79 years old, is still in prison and Gov. Gavin Newsom has repeatedly denied his parole recommended by the parole board.

Consent Forms for those Entering the Hospital

In Dr. Mercola's email today he discusses how to save your life when hospitalized and mentions a website where you could download consent forms to be initialed and signed and then sent to your doctor, nurse, hospital, etc. to ensure you are not given medication you do not wish to have.  Here is a  summary of the article which can be found for a short time on Mercola.com.

Story at-a-glance

  • Laura Bartlett and Greta Crawford have founded an organization to address the forced treatments patients receive when they’re hospitalized for COVID-19, but the same strategy can be used to protect yourself against other medical hazards as well
  • The Caregivers and Consent document they created is an “advance decision” document. So, the moment you enter the hospital, the hospital staff know what they can and cannot do to you; they are legally required to respect your current care decisions. And unlike an Advance Directive (which only kicks in when you are incapacitated) the Caregivers and Consent document goes into effect immediately
  • It’s important to complete and notarize your Caregivers and Consent document BEFORE you ever need to go to the hospital
  • Make sure you send the completed, signed and notarized document to the CEO of the hospital in two ways: (1) via a professional courier (one that specializes in delivering legal documents); and (2) via the Postal system with certified mail, return receipt requested. The CEO is responsible for all legal business relating to the hospital, including the medical records, so the CEO, not your attending physician, is the one whose responsibility it is to get your consent document entered into your electronic medical record
  • Make at least 10 copies of the signed, notarized document and keep one copy on your person, in case you ever have an accident or acute illness requiring hospitalization. Also provide copies to the attending physician and nurse once hospitalized
  • Also, should you become hospitalized (and therefore unable to personally send the document to the CEO), designate a family member or friend to send your Caregivers and Consent document on your behalf. Additional recommendations to ensure your safety are included

Here is a link if you want to look over the document and/or download it.

EXPRESS GRATITUDE by Dr. Mercola

 EXPRESS GRATITUDE by Dr. Mercola

According to the Harris Poll Happiness Index, a mere 1 in 3 Americans report being "very happy." More than half say they're frustrated at or by work.1 Other research suggests nearly 1 in 4 experience no life enjoyment at all.2 The good news is, small changes in perspective and/or behavior can add up, and practicing gratitude may be at the top of the list of strategies known to boost happiness and life satisfaction.

In "The Little Book of Gratitude," Robert Emmons notes, "We did not … get to where we are in life by ourselves. So, living in gratitude is living in truth. It is the most accurate and honest approach to life." According to Emmons, gratitude involves "affirming the good and recognizing its sources. It is the understanding that life owes me nothing and all the good I have is a gift."

Gratitude is also a form of generosity, because it involves offering or extending "something" to another person, even if it's only a verbal affirmation of thanks. After all, it's not yourself you are grateful for but rather something or someone outside of yourself. And generosity has also been shown to augment happiness. In fact, generosity and happiness are neurally linked. As noted by the authors of a recent study:3,4

"[W]e predicted that the neural link between generosity and happiness would involve functional interactions between brain regions engaged in generous behavior [temporoparietal junction (TPJ)] and those mediating happiness (ventral striatum). The results confirmed our hypotheses.

We found significantly higher levels of generous behavior and happiness, as reflected by greater TPJ activity for generous choices and generosity-related connectivity of the TPJ with striatal happiness regions in the experimental group.

We thus conclude that the interplay of these brain regions links commitment-induced generosity with happiness … [T]he amount spent did not matter … [E]ven little things have a beneficial effect — like bringing coffee to one's office mates in the morning."

Commit to Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude

If your happiness could use a boost, this year, commit to cultivating an attitude of gratitude — every day. Gratitude not only paves the way to life satisfaction, research has also demonstrated it is the single best predictor of good relationships, and benefits both sanity and physical health. Enhancing your well-being, then, may be as simple as taking the time each day to reflect on what you're thankful for.

A simple and proven way of doing this is to keep a gratitude journal, in which you document the things you're grateful for each day. In one study,5 participants who kept a gratitude diary and reflected on what they were grateful for just four times a week for three weeks improved their depression, stress and happiness scores.

A mindfulness intervention, consisting of a mindfulness diary and mindfulness meditation, led to similar improvements. In another study, people who kept a gratitude journal reported exercising more, and had fewer visits to the doctor.6

The Many Health Benefits of Gratitude by Dr. Mercola

Aside from augmenting happiness and life satisfaction, gratitude also produces measurable effects on a number of bodily systems, including beneficial effects on mood and pleasure-related neurotransmitters, reproductive and social bonding hormones, cognition, blood pressure and more. Importantly, it lowers the stress hormone cortisol and inflammatory cytokines, which are often elevated if you have chronic disease. Health benefits associated with gratitude include:7,8
