Growing Vegetables in the Kitchen

       Did you happen to watch the video I posted on February 12 entitled "10 Vegetables You Can Regrow from Kitchen Scraps to Create a Recurring Harvest"?  I had never heard of this, but thought it would be a great way to supplement our vegetables if it worked, so on that day (Sunday) I put the remains of four green onions and one bunch of celery in water to see what would happen. The next day I added two heads of romaine lettuce.  Here they are on Monday when I added the lettuce.  You can see the green onions have already begun to grow!! 

    Today, two weeks later, this is how they look:

     I'm very impressed with the results so far.  In fact, I need to begin harvesting the green onions!  It looks as if I could have a continuous supply of them with no trouble at all.  I will wait to see how long it takes the celery and romaine to be at harvest level.  It does look as if there is potential for regrowing all of these.  The video says to plant them in your garden once they begin growing.  Since it is still winter here, I will keep them in water to see if there is a limit to how much they will produce, or maybe when they have grown to what appears to be the maximum potential in water  I will plant them in pots until they can be transplanted outside.                                                                                                                                                 

    In a couple of weeks I will post another photo of the progress.  I thought you might be inspired to try growing vegetables from kitchen scraps, too, if you saw how easy it is and how quickly they reach harvest level.

Can you tell I'm getting excited about gardening?  Three gardening videos in a row!  This one was very helpful.  I have placed a sweet potato in soil in a sunny spot to begin the process to have it ready when it's time to plant.

This is such a good idea!  I had no idea I could regrow vegetables from those I use often in cooking--like celery, green onions, romaine & other lettuce, & cabbage and several others.  I had just thrown away the ends of green onions and celery after making chicken salad today so after watching this I dug them out of the trash and put them in jars with a little water.  If they need to be planted before it's warm enough to add them to the garden, I will transplant them to pots and see what happens.  I need a greenhouse!

Cheesy Potato Corn Chowder

 I tried this good soup a couple of months ago and thought I had posted it, but I guess I didn't since I couldn't find it when I searched.  I like to post recipes here so I can find them if I'm out shopping and forget the ingredients.  So here goes:

Cheesy Potato Corn Chowder

3 c. (or more) potatoes, cubed

1 large onion, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

1/4 c. butter

1 14 oz. can chicken broth

1 4 oz, can chopped green chilies

1 can, or 2 c. frozen corn

2 c. Velveeta

Milk, or part 1/2 and 1/2 to desired consistency

Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in large pan.  Cook onions & celery till softened.  Add potatoes and chicken broth.  Cook till potatoes are tender (15-20 minutes).  With a fork mash some of the potatoes to help thicken the soup.  Add green chilies, corn, milk, cheese and seasonings.  Heat till cheese is melted.  Ham can be added if you would rather not have a meatless soup.  

I'm also thinking it might be good with ground beef.  If you try it, let me know.

Less than 5% of those eligible had taken a bivalent booster by October 2022, and by late January 2023, that had only risen to 16.2%

•   In the hopes of increasing uptake of the jab, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is now recommending everyone get an annual COVID shot, even if you didn’t receive the initial series

•   Under the new approach, most people will be advised to get whatever the latest version of the COVID shot is, once a year, just like the u vaccine. And, as with the u vaccine, the FDA’s advisory committee will meet each June to determine which SARS-CoV-2 strains should be included in the shot given that fall

•   Should a particularly dangerous strain emerge, the FDA will roll out an additional emergency jab directed specically at that strain. Such an emergency dose would then be given in addition to the annual shot

•   As with the annual u vaccine, the FDA is not requiring reformulated mRNA shots to undergo additional testing. Reformulations are deemed “safe and effective” based on the original shots. The problem is that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has hid and is ignoring hundreds of safety signals found in its post-market data

  Matt Orfalea's "Children of the COVID" video (above) illustrates the lengths to which the globalist cabal will go to terrify people. Most parents adore their kids, and instilling in

them the fear that their child's life is in grave danger is a surere way to get them to fall in line — even though that line is actually winding its way toward something worse than death. As noted by investigative reporter Matt Taibbi:1

The FDA's Latest Vaccine Strategy

When the bivalent COVID boosters against Omicron rst came out, only those who had received the initial series of shots were eligible to receive them. Uptake was disappointing, to say the least. The initial U.S. estimate ended up being off by a whopping 95%, as less than 5% of those eligible had taken it by October 2022.2

As of late January 2023, more than 73% of the U.S. population (aged 5 and older) were eligible, having received the primary series, but only 16.2% had received the updated bivalent booster.3 In the hopes of increasing uptake of the jab, the U.S. Food and Drug

Administration has devised a new strategy — an annual COVID shot that doesn't require having the initial series.4,5

The FDA's Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) met January 26, 2023, to discuss the plan.6 Background materials7 detailing the new strategy were published January 23. As has become the norm, the proposal passed without signicant deliberation about the risks.

Under the new approach, most people will simply be advised to get whatever the latest version of the COVID shot is, once a year, just like the u vaccine. And, as with the u vaccine, the VRBPAC will meet each June to determine which SARS-CoV-2 strains should be included in the shot given that fall. While a single dose will be the norm for most, the very young, the very old and those with compromised immune systems will be advised to get two doses.

Preconditioning You to Accept 'Emergency' Doses

That said, should a particularly dangerous strain emerge, the FDA will roll out an additional emergency jab directed specically at that strain. Such an emergency dose would then be given in addition to the annual shot.

This, I would say, is a clever way of preconditioning the public into accepting that they'll go back on their word, again and again. If the plan is to administer additional doses in cases of emergency, it's safe to bet there will be emergencies.

After all, the COVID "emergency" hasn't even been formally lifted yet, even though no pandemic ever, in the history of pandemics, has ever lasted three years.

We're so far outside the limits of emergency at this point, the fact that emergency powers have not been rescinded is a sure sign they have no intention of ever lifting them — unless they're prepared to roll out another "emergency" shortly thereafter, such as another pandemic.

FDA Completely Divorced From Reality

As reported by Reuters,8 "The FDA hopes annual immunization schedules may contribute to less complicated vaccine deployment and fewer vaccine administration errors, leading to improved vaccine coverage rates."

While a combination inuenza-COVID mRNA jab has not yet been approved, it's in the pipeline,9 so it's only a matter of time before they "simplify" your life further by recommending a combo jab.

Commenting on the new COVID jab strategy, Dr. Deb Salas-Lopez, senior vice president for community and population health at Northwell Health, told NewsDay she believes making it an annual shot "may convince more people to get it,"10 which is precisely the thinking of the FDA as well.

"You would be making it part of a routine," Salas-Lopez said. "Starting in September people know they have to get their u shots ... I think will take out the headache of people trying to follow the latest guidelines ... Giving it alongside of other preventive immunizations makes it less mysterious, if you will."

Similarly, former Nassau County health commissioner Dr. Lawrence Eisenstein, president of Catholic Health, suggested "having a consistent approach may help people trust the process and believe in the process."11

Missing from these comments is, of course, the fact that, for most people, the decision not to get the bivalent booster isn't due to confusion or not trusting the "process."

It's because they don't trust the jab. They don't trust Pzer and Moderna, and they don't trust our health agencies anymore. At this point, it's hard to nd someone who doesn't know of someone who was injured or killed by the jab, or repeatedly got COVID despite being fully jabbed.

That has a tendency to color people's willingness to gamble with their own lives. The fact that the reformulated shots were authorized based on antibody titers in a few mice

didn't instill condence either.

'Future Framework' Ushers Untested Gene Therapies to Market

Last summer, we warned that an annually updated COVID jab was coming. We knew it was coming, because the VRBPAC, in late June 2022, rewrote the rules on the sly when it approved a bivalent COVID shot for fall 2022.12 At that meeting, they were expected to vote on the policy question of whether reformulated COVID-19 shots should be treated as new molecular entities.

But they didn't vote on that policy question. Instead, they voted on whether to approve a reformulated booster. By voting yes on the question of a reformulated booster, they smuggled in a brand-new policy — the policy that reformulated mRNA shots are biologically similar to existing shots. 

This is literally the worst idea in the history of public health. If you change a single molecule of mRNA in these shots it will change health outcomes in ways that no one can anticipate. That necessarily  requires new clinical trials ... ~TobyRogers, Ph.D.

This means that no additional clinical trials will be required when reformulated shots are developed. As noted back in May 2022 by Toby Rogers, Ph.D.13 — a political economist whose research focus is on regulatory capture and Big Pharma corruption:14

"This is literally the worst idea in the history of public health. If you change a single molecule of mRNA in these shots it will change health outcomes in ways that no one can anticipate. That necessarily requires new clinical trials ..."

This policy of viewing reformulated mRNA shots as biologically similar to previous versions is part of something called The Future Framework, which is meant to allow the FDA to treat the experimental mRNA jabs as if they were equivalent to the conventional influenza vaccine, which is updated each year without ever undergoing any additional testing.

Basically, they are now considering the mRNA jabs a "one and done," and the clinical trials that brought us the original shot are all there will ever be. It would be one thing if the clinical trials had conclusively demonstrated that the shots were safe, but they've done anything but.

Not only do we have evidence suggesting Pzer committed fraud in its trials, we now also have evidence showing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have ignored hundreds of safety signals in its post-market safety monitoring data.

So, to say that all reformulated COVID shots going forward are safe because the original shots had no serious side effects is a blatant lie. There are thousands of recorded side effects, some of which have never been reported for any other vaccine.

Annual COVID Shot Won't Work, and They Know It

The idea of an annual COVID jab might sound reasonable, provided you don't know anything about how viruses mutate, and how mutation rates affect their candidacy for a vaccine. Rapidly evolving viruses are poor vaccine candidates for the simple reason that they mutate faster than vaccine development can keep up with.

This is why we don't have a vaccine against the common cold. Well, SARS-CoV-2 mutates at a rate that is two to 10 times faster than the inuenza virus,15,16 and if you've been able to keep track of the mutations over the past year or two, kudos. New variants have become predominant every few months.

When you vaccinate against a rapidly mutating virus you also run the risk of pressuring it into more virulent and/or vaccine-resistant forms, which is precisely what's been happening with SARS-CoV-2. Each new strain has become more infectious (but less lethal) and increasingly capable of evading both natural immunity and antibodies formed from the jabs.

With SARS-CoV-2 mutating at such a rapid clip, and jab-induced immunity waning within a handful of months, what good does the FDA think an annual shot will accomplish? It's an exercise in futility. It will, however, make vaccine makers rich, and it seems that's all that matters.

World Health Organization Is Behind Idea to Toss Safety

Not surprisingly, the FDA did not invent the "Future Framework" idea by itself. According to Rogers, the World Health Organization and other predictable names are the real masterminds:17

"... this entire 'Future Framework' is actually coming from the WHO. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is the biggest voluntary contributor to the WHO. So Gates is likely directing the play. Gates requires that WHO use the McKinsey consulting rm so this is probably a McKinsey operation (and McKinsey also works for Pharma so this is a huge conict of interest).

As far back as January, the WHO/Gates/McKinsey junta realized that these shots were terrible and so they decided to use that as an opportunity to seize even more power and control.

The WHO set up a Technical Advisory Group on COVID-19 Vaccine Composition (TAG-CO-VAC) to implement these Orwellian 'Future Frameworks' across the developed world to lower manufacturing costs for Pharma and avoid bothersome health data that might hurt prots. All the messaging we have seen from the FDA and leaked to the press was initially developed and released by TAG-CO-VAC."

We Must Reject All Future mRNA Shots

This COVID debacle — from its fraudulent PCR test beginnings, to these devastatingly dangerous COVID shots and the intentional negligence by vaccine makers and health

authorities — is the most shocking example of a criminal enterprise I've ever seen. Nothing else even comes close.

And the proverbial cherry on top that proves none of it is accidental or caused by ignorance is this sneaky and underhanded erasure of the requirement of clinical trials for all future COVID shots in the name of expedience.

COVID-19 is not a death sentence — far from it. So, there's no need for expedience. And since there's no need for expedience, there's also no need to accept collateral damage in the form of COVID jab-related injuries and deaths.

So, why are they doing this? That's the million-dollar question, and the most obvious answers are all disturbing in the extreme. At best, they don't care how many people, including children, suffer and die. At worst, the intention is to dramatically reduce the population through adverse effects on fertility, reduction of life span and near-term death.

To save ourselves, indeed, to save mankind, we must reject all mRNA shots, present and future. And not just the COVID shots but also any others that are in the pipeline, because if they're willing to skip the most basic of safety protocols once, you can be sure they'll do it again.

Skimping on safety assessment has been the secret norm for decades, and now they're attempting to formalize that process using stealth and subversion. It's nothing short of a reprehensible premediated effort to sabotage the public health.

Sadly, the past three years made it abundantly clear that the government agencies have proven they are not going to put a stop to the madness.

No, they're going to take this experiment as far as it'll go, and that means until people everywhere say, "No more," and leave all their stockpiles to rot. Remember the moral of Orfalea's "Children of the COVID" video. Legacy media have been captured by the globalist cabal, and they lie to make you afraid of things that aren't real and/or pose no real threat.

A Fantastic Movie

Catharine Austin Fitts is one of my favorite people.  I've never met her or even seen her in person but the things I've heard her say in interviews resonate with my spirit.  I love her common sense-matter-of-fact way of speaking/thinking.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Her website--Solari.com--has lots of diverse resources, one of which is movie reviews.  When reading one of the articles I came across the fact that Catharine's all-time favorite movie is "As It Is In Heaven," a Swedish film starring Michael Nyquist.  As you can see from the Amazon link it is pretty expensive to buy new but I searched for it used and found it for about $10.  The DVD arrived yesterday so we watched it last night.  It is an amazing movie--possibly our all time favorite--because of the message and the emotions evoked, the exceptional acting, and the beautiful music.  Now that I've seen it, I wouldn't hesitate to pay the $30 for a DVD if it was the only way I could see it.  I plan to watch it again and again--possibly starting tonight.  It was THAT good!

"For I the Lord, in this hour, am shaking the thin paper-doll leaders – no substance...thin and frail in their spirits. Those covers shall be removed," says the Lord, "for they have brushed to the side their first love for a name that is not Mine," says the Lord. "It is not Mine, and that standard I am so raising is the plumb line being dropped to measure the worthiness of leadership in the Church, in the government, in sectors.

"The plumb line is being dropped hard and fast on the giants of social media. For it shall take one simple stone – what does not look dangerous but shall collapse parts deep within their empires, including the mainframe," says the Lord.

The Mainframes Are Losing Their Power 

"THE MAINFRAMES ARE LOSING THEIR POWER," SAYS THE LORD. "TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK... ALL THE WAY TO THE FAR EAST SHALL SUFFER SUCH A COLLAPSE AT ITS CORE – AT THE HEAD OF A COMPANY ACROSS THE GLOBE – THAT IT SHALL SHOCK THE FAR EAST; IT SHALL SHOCK THOSE IN THIS NATION; IT SHALL SHAKE AND RATTLE THE ENTIRE ARENA OF SOCIAL MEDIA THAT PERSECUTES FOR SPORT, THAT SPIRIT OF ROME WOVEN WITHIN IT – A DIGITAL ARENA OF PERSECUTION AND PROPITIATION," SAYS THE LORD. "WATCH AND SEE. IT'S COMING..."

The Spirit of the Lord says this day, "A FACE SHALL LOSE ITS *BOOKE, for this standard is the measuring line," says the Lord. "One leader in that arena shall fall on their knees and repent before Me; others will just fall, for the ground that holds their empire shall split open and swallow up whole parts of what THEY HAVE BUILT," says the Lord. [*The spelling of booke is intentional, as its an ancient spelling for the word book.]

The First Quarter of Your Year Shall Be Crucial

The Spirit of the Lord says this day, "Purim and Passover events in tandem... Watch, for the first quarter of your new year shall be CRUCIAL, and it is there [that] a serious change of heart must be made, for the grace shall thin past that, and those who have not allowed such a change shall suddenly fall off; they shall fade away, for I the Lord EXPECT THOSE TO STEWARD WELL THE POSITION AND INFLUENCE I HAVE GIVEN THEM."

A Flip in Israel

The Spirit of the Lord says this day, "Another flip in Israel shall ruffle the nations that surround. The Abraham Accords shall be tested, and some shall break the agreements made amongst these nations. For Isaac and Ishmael came together for a time and, for the safety of Isaac, were sent away, only to return for a brief time to bury their father – a brief time," says the Lord. "For I the Lord need to be in the midst for such to be on solid ground; however, the ground is becoming shaky, and an incident involving Jordan and surrounding nations shall put these to the test."

The Spirit of the Lord says this day, "Netanyahu, Netanyahu, BENJAMIN, SON OF MY RIGHT HAND, USE YOUR POSITION WISELY," SAYS THE LORD. "DO NOT USE SUCH TO GET YOUR FINGERS STICKY, FOR IT GETS CAUGHT THEN ON WHAT IS DESTRUCTIVE," SAYS THE LORD.

"BE CONSTRUCTIVE. REBUILD WHAT YOUR OWN (WITH THE HELP OF BROTHERHOODS) TRIED TO DESTROY. PUT YOUR HAND TO THE PLOW. KEEP YOUR EYES ON ME, ADONAI, WHO HAS CALLED YOU FOR SUCH A TIME. YOU JUST FOCUS ON ME AND LISTEN FOR MY INSTRUCTION FOR YOUR SEAT TO BE STABLE. FOR PLANS ARE BEING MADE TO ALREADY TAKE YOU OUT [by the enemy], FOR YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE POWER TO TRAMPLE UPON SERPENTS AND SCORPIANS AND AGAINST ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY, SO NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU.

"DO NOT LET SERPENTS AND SCORPIANS NEAR YOU AGAIN, FOR THEY STUNG AND ISSUED A SEVERE BITE LAST TIME; FOR YOU VENTURED WHERE I DID NOT WANT YOU TO GO. MY MERCY HAS ALLOWED YOU FOR THIS TIME. USE IT WISELY AND LISTEN TO COUNCIL WHO FEARS THE LORD MOST HIGH MORE THAN THEY FEAR MAN, FOR THIS SHALL BE YOUR GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT YET, IF YOU SO DO."

Watch the Hudson River

The Spirit of the Lord says this day, "Rivers run into greater bodies of water; they run into lakes; they run NEAR quarries. Rivers are a smaller stream of a greater and deeper area. Follow the river to the lakes and the depths of the sea. The Hudson River," says the Lord. "Just watch for – going north in NY – what gets pulled from the deep. For their feet are on ICE and a fall is imminent. For they have challenged the Lord and MY PLANS, and for that there shall be correction."

Ingest the Scrolls I Present Before You

The Spirit of the Lord says this day, "Washington, DC to Florida; just watch for a series of events that shall prove to be VERY connected," says the Lord.

"O businessmen and women, humble yourselves before ME. Come unto ME, you who are heavy laden, and I SHALL GIVE YOU REST. [IF] YOU REST IN ME, YOU SHALL RUN A STRONG RACE, FOR MY STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN YOUR WEAKNESS. REST IN MY PLANS. (Photo via Hippopx)

"SOME ARE ALREADY SEEKING ME," SAYS THE LORD, "AND FOR THAT I SHALL HONOR THEM AMONG MEN, AS THEY PROCLAIM THE NAME OF THE LORD AND MY PLANS; FOR THIS IS THE ORDER IT SHALL BE.

"DO NOT INGEST THE BITTER SCROLLS BEING HANDED TO YOU, FOR THE OPPRESSIVENESS OF THOSE WORDS SPOKEN SHALL WEIGH YOU DOWN. INGEST THE SCROLLS I THE LORD SHALL PRESENT BEFORE YOU, FOR THOSE WORDS CARRY POWER THAT BREAK THE AIRWAVES OF THE ENEMY THAT SO WANT TO INDOCTRINATE THE MASSES. HOWEVER, I AM PRESENTING YOU [WITH] SCROLLS OF STRATEGY, SCROLLS OF GOOD NEWS, SCROLLS OF PLANS TO COME.

"YOU MUST KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT THE ENEMY IS ATTEMPTING TO FEED YOU AND WHAT I THE LORD AM PRESENTING BEFORE YOU, FOR THE FORK IN THE ROAD IS FAST APPROACHING AND YOU MUST CHOOSE. CHOOSE WISELY," SAYS THE LORD, "FOR YOU SHALL COME INTO ALIGNMENT WITH MY PLANS IF YOU DO, AND IT SHALL SURPASS ANYTHING THE WICKED CAN DO – ANY PIT, ANY PLOT, ANY SCHEME, ANY SLANDER, ANY STORY, ANY RECONFIGURATION. IT SHALL SURPASS THAT AND CAUSE THE ENEMY TO BE BROUGHT TO CONFUSION FOR THINKING THEY COULD EVER OVERTHROW THE PLANS OF ALMIGHTY GOD."

This Is a Season of Change

The Lord of hosts says, "This is a season of change, My children, breaking away what was weighing you down – what was of the flesh. This season you shall be broken away from such things and circumstances for your good, not for your harm. For there are those out there who have stepped into a bear trap and their foot is caught, and MOVING will be difficult. For they have listened to those who have turned a deaf ear to Me and have gone the way of LOT.

"My ways are higher than your ways and MY thoughts higher than your thoughts. For I am repositioning you, setting your feet on the right path, protecting you and walking you through these doors that were meant for you. Others attempted to take what I meant for you, and I the Lord am bringing that correction and shielding you from such; for too much growth with shallow roots leads to a collapse.

"Remember...as you go deeper with Me and higher than you ever have, get ready, for the hour is upon you; and know it is Me, the Lord your God, speaking to you this day. For I love MY children and I instruct for your good, not for your harm. HEED IT, for the ones who do will be greatly blessed and prosper, for they carry a strong mantle.

"A double portion is being poured out in this hour. This double portion is double edged. For those who have been faithful, it shall elevate them even more; it shall cause them to walk in greater power and authority through Christ Jesus. And for those who have strayed and wandered into areas I the Lord NEVER permitted them to go, that double portion shall be correction – sobering," says the Lord.

Justice Poured out Upon the Justice Department

"I am merciful; however, I also am JUST. Justice shall be poured out upon the Justice Department," says the Lord. "Watch as the gavel of justice, the rod, shall come down on the heads and trickle down into their mainframes. For they were supposed to carry out JUSTICE and instead have twisted it as the serpent, and that serpent of their own making shall now bite them.

The Winter Makes Way for Spring

"The hour is coming; the standard is being raised; the banner of the Lord is upon your nation. Look to ME, not man, for I the Lord am executing the plans and purposes; for godliness and holiness MUST RETURN TO YOUR NATION AND YOUR LEADERS IN ORDER TO SEE REDEMPTION BLOOM. THE WINTER MAKES WAY FOR SPRING WHERE I THE LORD SHALL PASS OVER. THUS SAYETH THE LORD OF HOSTS, THE KING OF KINGS WHO RULES AND REIGNS FOREVER MORE. IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, AMEN AND AMEN."

1050 Commandments in the New Testament

This morning I was reading in John. Chapter 14, verse 21 which says, "Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

That got me to thinking about what were the commands of Christ and wondering if anyone had put them together.  Imagine my delight when I found this website: http://www.thesimpletruth.net/booklet/1050nt.html which not only lists them but puts them in categories. This is a wonderful resource!  Many thanks to those who put this together!
