Country Guy & I are especially grateful to be having Thanksgiving with my mother and my sister & her family. Mom was in the hospital most of last week with a serious blood infection, urinary tract infection, and fluid on her lungs. We are very grateful to the doctors for recognizing the problem and treating it aggressively so that she was able to come home on Friday and has been getting progressively stronger all week.
In this country where we are so focused on material things we sometimes forget that the real blessings in life are relationships. Thank you for your love and friendship.
