New Normal by Mario Murillo

We all need to read this and declare it along with Mario Murillo!



The phrase ‘New Normal’ is the mantra of slavery, forged in the pit of hell. Voices in power use this phrase to tell you all the things that will never again be the same. The ‘New Normal’ begins by feeding you images—optics to get you used to things.
Here are the images they want you to get used to:
  • Pastors handcuffed and taken to jail, while felons are being let out of jail.
  • Governors killing small businesses, while protecting large corporations.
  • Farmers forced to kill chickens and cattle, while boats filled with foreign meat of far lower quality arrive on our shores.
During this shutdown, Virginia brought back slavery: On Good Friday, the day we remember the death of an innocent Man, they passed the most liberal abortion law in America, so the State of Virginia can shed even more innocent blood—that of the unborn.
Then they passed a law that made it mandatory for churches to allow gender-confused men to use the women’s bathroom. The ‘New Normal’ says this, “We will not repent of our debauchery—we will never let the church go back to the way it was. We are going to use our new found power to lock down churches, again and again.”
In the ‘New Normal’ world, they are not required to tell you how long you’re stuck in your house. In the ‘New Normal’ world, they tell you, “We know what is best for you, because we are better than you are.”  Bill Gates says we should remain in lockdown for 18-24 months, and wait until everyone is tested and vaccinated—with his vaccine.
They are saying, in essence, “We can afford to crash the economy! You will be poor, but we will not. In fact, we will have more control over you. We will delay opening up the nation’s businesses as long as possible, because the last thing we want to see is Donald Trump tearing Sleepy Joe Biden to shreds in a debate.”
Americans must wake up now! There isn’t a moment to spare. We must revolt against leftist leaders who salivate at the thought of a crippled America and a silenced church.
Don’t you dare accuse me of wanting to spread the infection!  I am all for rational measures to protect people. This ‘New Normal’ is not about any of that. If it were, the Governors of the Western world would be laboring to save businesses and lives. Instead they hypnotize us with platitudes and murky language. There is no plan that makes sense, because the will to make sense is not there. What we are seeing is abuse of power on an unprecedented scale, fueled by hatred for Christianity, hatred for Israel, and hatred for a duly elected President.
Americans must awaken to the truth of the Declaration of Independence. Read these words carefully, for they speak directly to our current duty:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it…”
Have you been successfully brain-washed into blind acceptance of social and moral control? Then you are ready for the ‘New Normal.’ Have you exchanged liberty for safety?  Then maybe you don’t deserve liberty. Benjamin Franklin said, “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”
We must awaken to that conviction which we have all but lost: Those who would destroy our businesses, churches, and values by the vehicle of this pandemic in order to overrule our rights, derive their power from us, the citizens of this nation. We must, for the sake of God, righteousness, our children, and the legacy that is America, take away their power. A mighty voice must rise. It must be heard in every level of our culture, from the school board to the very halls of Congress.
What we will have is churches that are packed to full capacity, and worship that rings all the way to heaven. We will again eat at our favorite restaurant. We will again enjoy our sports, our parks, and the abundant beauty of our nation. We will beat this virus, and then we will return to all the things we love.
We the people declare that this so-called ‘New Normal’ of yours is nothing but your old abnormal. We won’t have it. We will have none of your bankrupt socialism, or your godless immorality.
If there is such a thing as a ‘New Normal,’ it will look like this:
  • Thundering rebukes to godless politicians from holy vessels of God.
  • An electoral repudiation of a wholly corrupt Democrat Party.
  • True repentance in our culture, and prayer in our schools.
And finally, a long overdue abolishing of the mass ritual of human sacrifice that is abortion, a brutal slaughter of the innocent, that has brought a deep curse upon America.
We pledge this: “We will send your ‘New Normal’ back to the pit of hell from whence it came!”

Vitamin Deficiencies and Covid-19

       I think you will find some of the information in this article on Mercola.com very helpful.  The info on Vitamin D deficiency is particularly enlightening, so scroll down to it if you don't want to read the whole article, although I'm sure you will be encouraged by the info on Vitamin C, also.
      The premise is that many people are deficient in Vitamin D, especially in the winter months when we are not in sunshine so our bodies are not able to synthesize Vitamin D.  This time frame coincides with when the flu is most prevalent.  It also says that darker skinned people need more sun exposure to synthesize enough vitamin D to bring them up to safe levels so they are even more prone to Vitamin D deficiency than the general population.  Could this be why Covid-19 has affected more blacks?
       I believe, the whole idea of vitamin deficiency is an interesting concept to consider when looking for causes of illness.  Country Guy and I take several supplements which include Vitamin C, D, zinc, lysine, and astazanthin among other things.

Good Clean Movies

       Several years ago I did a post on some of our favorite movies at the time.  Since we are confined and have more time to watch movies during this season I thought I would post a few more recommendations.  It is difficult sometimes to find a good movie, so I always appreciate a heads up on something you've found entertaining and clean so be sure to add them in the comments below--or if you have trouble posting as some have said, send an email and I will add them.

I really dislike spending time watching a movie that throws in filth just for the heck of it so all suggestions are appreciated.

Here are movies we've watched in the last few months which we have enjoyed.  Most were free on Amazon Prime, some we had to purchase for $3 or $4, but were worth it.

Chairs from Carrington Court Direct

       I have had such a good experience with Carrington Court Furniture Company that I wanted to give them a plug on my blog.  A couple of months ago I ordered a new dining room table from Kincaid Furniture because I wanted a table that would expand to seat 12-16.  Even though the chairs that could be ordered with it were upholstered, as I had been wanting, the backs had a wood lattice instead of solid fabric, which I didn't want. Additional fabric could not be ordered either.
      I started a search for chairs, first by visiting all the furniture stores in the surrounding area to see their displays and catalogs, then by looking online.  I finally found chairs at Carrington Court Furniture Company but was a little skeptical because they were only about 1/2 the cost of most of the uphostered chairs I had found.  After studying the info on construction, their guarantee, and the possibilities, etc. I decided to send for fabric samples. They allowed me to order as many samples (free) as I wanted and the samples came quickly.
      I discovered there were several choices to be made in designing the chairs--first the style, then the leg shape and stain of the leg, and the fabric.  I also discovered for a small fee--$20--they would match the leg color to the table color if I had a wood sample I could send them. I could also order extra fabric for $20/yard to cover the seats of my old dining room chairs so when we have more than 6 people for dinner I can use them as supplemental seating.  Most of the chair companies I looked into did not allow for an extra fabric order. (I even read on their website they will allow you to send your own fabric to use on the chairs.)
I am excited to get the other chair today. Then I can throw away the cardboard boxes they came in.  (See lower left side of the photo.)
        I ordered the chairs on March 7.  Tricia Haas was the sales rep I dealt with.  She was very helpful and responsive.  I received 5 of the 6 on Friday.  Fed-Ex tracking says the other one is at their facility in Romeoville, IL and will be delivered today.   Hurray!
       The chairs are beautiful!  They are exactly what I was envisioning when I started the pursuit!
       If you are in the market for new dining room chairs, I would highly recommend you check into Carrington Court.

Kris Vallotton's book "Spirit Wars"

      I'm attempting to discipline myself most every day to ride my reclining exercise bike. I've been doing pretty well even though I can't seem to make myself ride more than 30 minutes.  But then I encourage myself that 30 minutes is much better than doing nothing. The odometer says I ride 8-8.5 miles depending on how fast I peddle in that half hour.  Unfortunately, it also says Ive only burned 180-200 calories--about 1/2 a chocolate chip cookie--in that time! UGH!
       One thing that distracts me and helps to keep me going is to read a book while I'm riding.  Right now I am reading Kris Vallotton's book, Spirit Wars, as an ebook.  FYI: Kris has made this ebook available free of charge as an encouragement during this time of coping with restrictions brought on by the coronavirus.  It is available through April 30 on Amazon.  Here's the link if you're interested.
      Chapter 8 would be worth the price of the book if you had to buy it, but as I said, it is FREE, so I would highly recommend you take advantage of the offer.  One quote from Chapter 8 is so true: "Happiness is an inside job."  How often have we let our circumstances dictate our attitude!  Do we tell ourselves if my husband, child, job, weather, the coronavirus, etc. etc would only change I could be happy?  Happiness is a choice and I believe it begins with an attitude of gratitude.  But I digress.  I was attempting to put in a plug for Kris's book.  As I said, Chapter 8 is excellent.  His explanation of the difference between God's directions to sit, walk, stand is enlightening and the spiritual understanding of the analogy of putting on armor in Ephesians 6 is so helpful.
       During this "reset"--as several of the prophets are calling it--why not take a look at Kris' book?  I think it will help you to a reset of some of the ways you have previously seen things.  It certainly has helped me.

       Last week we had a terrific windstorm with a small tornado in our area.  The tornado virtually destroyed most of one of our small grain elevators near West Union.
